We are looking for a

SALES MANAGER

to expand and develop the chemical sales within our Life Sciences business unit in the Baltics.

As Sales Manager you are responsible for sales to our customers in Pharma, Personal Care and Detergents business. You will acquire and develop new accounts, with the goal to establish good and long-term customer relations. You are actively in contact with our suppliers. At your assistance you have our team of customer service professionals that assist and support the sales. You will report to our Sales Team Leader in Finland.

You have a university degree within chemistry, biochemistry, business administration or equivalent. You are a result-oriented sales professional and have previous experience of working in B2B sales, preferably in chemical distribution. As a person, you have a strong sales drive and are thrilled by delivering growth. You are proactive, energetic and structured. You work efficiently independently but also enjoy being a part of a team. You are fluent in one of the Baltic languages and English, Russian skills are a definite advantage. You will be based at our Riga or Kaunas office, but to thrive in the role, you are prepared to travel 100-120 days in the Baltic countries.
