We are looking for a fixed-term
CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
to our office in Tallinn.
You will ensure that our customers and Sales Managers receive high quality service. You will be responsible for taking care of operational sales and purchasing tasks and customer service. You make sure that orders are handled in time and administration of all relevant documents are in order. Part of your tasks will be claim and invoice deviation handling according to our quality policy. You will be part of our Baltic Customer Service team with colleagues also in Latvia and Lithuania. The fixed-term employment will be for two years.
We expect you to have upper secondary education and a few years experience from similar customer service tasks. You understand the service process and have general understanding of business and administration. You have prior experience from using a ERP and CRM system. You are fluent in Estonian, English and Russian. You have good communication skills, are a team-player and have hands-on attitude. Your positive personality is highly appreciated at the workplace.
